BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

How do I book a tour package?

You can visit our website at www.ibex.sg  to select your choice of tour and register online. After registering with us, there are several methods of payments for the deposit that you can choose from. When registering with us, please ensure that your passport has at least 7 months’ validity from the date of departure.

How do I amend my booking?

If you wish to make changes after the online registration has closed, there will be an IBEx amendment fee of S$50. In addition, there might be airline and land operator amendment charges where applicable. For cancellation of your booking, please refer to Q10.

ACCOMMODATION

What is the hotel standard for the tours?

Generally, we will provide 3- to 5-star hotel accommodation. The hotel standard for each tour will be indicated in the tour itinerary.

What are the room options available?

The tour cost displayed is based on twin sharing. For single rooms, there will be a supplementary cost. For triple sharing for some countries, they may have some cost reduction. This subject to each tour package. You can email us at info@ibex.sg to enquire about the room cost.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

What happens when I cancel a tour that I have registered for?

You are required to inform IBEx on your cancellation either via email or writing. A cancellation fee will be imposed on the participant. Please refer to the following table for the respective cancellation fee.

*Cancellation fee may be covered by a specific travel insurance (optional), for which the premium has been paid and the reason for the cancellation is covered by that particular insurance policy.

What happens to my tour deposit if the tour fails to materialise?

Upon the end of registration for the tour, if the tour fails to materialise, the deposit will be returned in full to those who have signed up.

VISA MATTERS

Do I need a visa for the tour?

Singaporeans do not require visa to enter in Israel. For non-Singaporeans, you can email in to info@ibex.sg to enquire about the visa. We will also advice participants upon receiving their registration if they require visa. Do note for there are additional service fees for visa applications. We will advise accordingly.

For overseas participants who are joining our tours, you are required to apply for your own visas at the nearest embassy to you. We will also advise you upon receiving your registration.

OTHER MATTERS

Can I extend the duration of my stay at the tour destination?

If you are interested in extending your stay at the tour destination, you will be required to purchase your own air tickets (both departing and returning). Please purchase tickets for the same departure flight to the tour destination. You are only allowed to extend your stay beyond the end of the tour date.

Do I have to purchase my own travel insurance?

You are strongly encouraged to purchase your own travel insurance so as to cover any unforeseen circumstances during the tour.
